Cai Cronin

Digital Equity Supervisor

Cai joined SCC in 2024 as our Digital Literacy Coordinator having graduated from College of the Atlantic in 2023, where they received a bachelor’s degree in Human Ecology with a focus on non-traditional education and language. Cai believes strongly in the power that digital literacy has to change people’s lives, empower them to make informed decisions, find needed resources, pursue their goals, and achieve independence. Her work in the computer lab focuses on meeting her students where they’re at, discussing each student’s goals, and using practical, individualized lessons to teach students computer skills.

Somerville sits on the original homelands of the Massachusett, Wampanoag, Naumkeag, and Nipmuc tribal nations. We acknowledge the painful history of genocide and forced removal from this territory, and we honor and respect the many diverse Indigenous peoples still connected to this land on which we live and work.
