Develop Your Leadership Skills!

It’s time to start getting ready for our Leadership Development Institute (LDI)! Every year, we bring together a group of active and emerging leaders to learn the basics of Somerville politics, relationship-building, campaign power, and leadership development. LDI is a great way to strengthen relationships with other community members and get involved in ongoing campaigns for social justice.

This coming year LDI will take place on four Saturday mornings: February 23, March 2, March 9, and March 16, 2019. If you’re interested in being part of this year’s LDI class, contact René at 617-410 9913.

Somerville sits on the original homelands of the Massachusett, Wampanoag, Naumkeag, and Nipmuc tribal nations. We acknowledge the painful history of genocide and forced removal from this territory, and we honor and respect the many diverse Indigenous peoples still connected to this land on which we live and work.
