Neighborhood Meeting: Monday, April 8th

We are pleased to announce that on Monday, April 8th, the Somerville Community Corporation, together with our partners at Cathartes Private Investments and Alderman Tom Taylor, will be hosting a neighborhood meeting to discuss our proposed development at 197 Washington Street (Cota Funeral Home) and 181 Washington Street (Boys and Girls Club). The meeting will be held at 6:30 pm at the Argenziano School at 290 Washington Street in Somerville, and will be facilitated by Attorney Adam Dash. We hope to see a lot of neighborhood faces in the room!

On behalf of all of us at Somerville Community Corporation, we want to thank you for your interest in the opportunity to convert the old Boys and Girls Club on Washington Street into combined rental and commercial space.  We have continued to work over the summer on details of this exciting development, and want to take this opportunity to update you briefly:
