Applications are being accepted for the 100 Homes Program for people facing displacement*, voucher holders, and families and individuals making 80-100% of area median income (AMI).

About the Program and Eligibility

Program Priority: People Facing Displacement. For people who have been issued a notice to quit, or a notice of nonrenewal of lease, or people who are otherwise in the process of a no-fault eviction; and for people who must utilize a mobile housing voucher in Somerville or risk losing it; and for homeless applicants with funding from a Continuum of Care organization.

Rent limits include utilities or will be reduced for an allowance for tenant-paid utilities.

Note:

  • A virtual information session will be held Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2020 – 2-3pm- http://bit.ly/100HomesInfoSession
  • Tenants were originally selected for initial occupancy and waiting list placement through a lottery in 2018.
  •  Now, applications will be added to waiting lists in the order received after the deadline.
