About the Program and Eligibility
Program Priority: People Facing Displacement. For people who have been issued a notice to quit, or a notice of nonrenewal of lease, or people who are otherwise in the process of a no-fault eviction; and for people who must utilize a mobile housing voucher in Somerville or risk losing it; and for homeless applicants with funding from a Continuum of Care organization.

- Tenants were originally selected for initial occupancy and waiting list placement through a lottery in 2018.
- Now, applications will be added to waiting lists in the order received after the deadline.
